Bake the toast according to the package.
Cook the beef. Drain & set aside.
Sauté onions & bell peppers until softened. Add garlic.
Return the beef to the pan with tomato paste. Stir to combine.
Add remaining ingredients (except cheese). Stir & cook until thickened.
Divide beef evenly on the toast.
Sprinkle with cheese & bake until melted.
