Instant Post Steamed Broccoli Recipe

After the holidays, most of us are craving healthier options. Why not try a steamed broccoli recipe? Lightly seasoned broccoli made in less than 15-minutes.

  • 3 Cups Broccoli (fresh florets)
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


  • Wash and dry broccoli florets. Pour water into the Instant Pot, and place steamer basket on top of water. Place broccoli florets into steamer basket and season with salt and pepper if desired.
  • Close the lid and set valve to sealing. Use the manual (pressure cook) button to adjust the time to 0 minutes for crunchy/firm broccoli or 1 minute for softer broccoli.
  • After the time is up, open the valve for a quick release of pressure. Remove the lid and serve immediately.
