Grilled Mahi Mahi with Pineapple Jalapeno Salsa

- 8 Ounces Mahi-Mahi (fresh or frozen and thawed)
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper
First, preheat a skillet or cast iron griddle over medium-high heat.
Next, coat the fish with olive oil and apply the seasonings. The oil will help the seasonings stick to the fish.
Then, cook the mahi-mahi in the preheated skillet for five to seven minutes on each side. If the fish is not entirely cooked, add one or two more minutes with the fish covered.
Once the entree has cooked, remove it from the heat and plate it. Lastly, top it with one or two tablespoons of our Sweet and Spicy Pineapple Jalapeno Salsa and serve with your favorite side dish!
